We can't open the above URL because it has been blocked. 

 1. Now if you want to open the above URL just place v2 before adf so that the above URL   will be look like:

         http://v2.adf.ly/abcd
         http://v2.adf.ly/xyz

Try this one , if the 1st trick doesn't work . 

2. There is one more trick, you can replace http with https

         https://adf.ly/abcd
         https://adf.ly/XYZ

If those 2 tricks doesn't work , try this one .
